Karen is best known as the enigmatic Nebula in record breaking smash hits AVENGERS: ENDGAME and AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR, along with all three GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY films and THOR: LOVE AND THUNDER. She can also be seen in box office sensation JUMANJI opposite Kevin Hart , Dwayne Johnson, and Jack Black, and its similarly well received sequel JUMANJI: THE NEXT LEVEL.
Karen’s upcoming projects include starring LET’S HAVE KIDS directed by Adam Sztkiel and Mike Flangan’s THE LIFE OF CHUCK with Tom Hiddleston.
Other film credits include, James Ponsoldt’s THE CIRCLE, Adam McKay’s Best Picture nominated THE BIG SHORT and Blumhouse horror OCULUS. She was seen leading StudioCanal’s GUNPOWDER MILKSHAKE, as well as Judd Apatow’s THE BUBBLE.
In addition to this Karen has various television credits, most notably BBC’S DOCTOR WHO, where she starred with Matt Smith. Karen returned to the small screen appearing in DOUGLAS IS CANCELLED for ITVX, alongside Hugh Bonneville.
Karen’s critically acclaimed directorial debut THE PARTY’S JUST BEGINNING, a project which she also wrote, produced, and starred in, had its US premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival 2018.
