Most recently, Matt has starred in the eponymous THE DEATH OF BUNNY MUNRO (Sky), based on Nick Cave’s novel of the same name; and 2027 will see him starring alongside Ryan Gosling in the film STAR WARS: STARFIGHTER.

On TV, Matt is seen in the lead role of Daemon Targaryen in HOUSE OF THE DRAGON (HBO), and he is well-known for his four-year stint at the title character in DOCTOR WHO (BBC), as well as his multi-awardnominated performance as Prince Philip in THE CROWN (Netflix).

Other film credits include: CAUGHT STEALING, STARVE ACRE, THE FORGIVEN, HIS HOUSE, OFFICIAL SECRETS, MORBIUS, LAST NIGHT IN SOHO, MAPPLETHORPE, and CHARLIE SAYS.

Matt is also well-known for his stage roles, including Thomas Ostermeier’s AN ENEMY OF THE PEOPLE (West End), LUNGS (Old Vic), and AMERICAN PSYCHO (Almeida Theatre).
